Our parent company, the Home Loan Experts, was a finalist in the 2010 Australian Mortgage Awards. This event is held by the industry on an annual basis to recognise and reward people and companies that have excelled in their field.

In October 2010 the Home Loan Experts was recognised by Connective for achieving the milestone of $100,000,000 worth of mortgage in our loan book. This is a reflection on the number of Australians we have helped to buy a home, or get approval when their bank let them down.

We are full members of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia as well as the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited. This ensures professional & ethical lending practices. As with all mortgage brokers, we hold an Australian Credit Licence with ASIC.
We are an associate member of Connective OSN, one of Australia’s leading aggregation services for mortgage brokers. They provide us with software, training and compliance support that is essential to us in our business.
